The Bistro offers a
tasty bar menu as well as the
fine dining menu.
Dungeness Crab Cakes, Braised Baby Back Ribs, Tomato Soup in Puff
Pastry, Fuji Apple & Gorgonzola Salad, Pan Seared Wild Salmon,
Herb Crusted Halibut, Grilled Blue Mountain Natural New York Steak,
and Very Adult Macaroni & Cheese are some of the menu choices.
Fresh local Vegetables and Herbs are used to make delicious,
memorable entrees, appetizers, salads, and desserts all complemented
by our
Sommelier's selection of fine wines.
The Bistro
wine list
emphasizes Oregon and Washington wines as well
as wines from around the world and has received, "The Wine Spectator Award"
in 2007, 2008, and 2009 for its fine selection of wines.
The Flight Deck Lounge and Observation Deck, and the Inn's English
Gardens are just 100 feet from a small airstrip which provides a
charming setting for observing small aircraft or enjoying one of
Oregon Coast's famous sunsets while sipping a yummy martini or
a smooth glass of wine.
Attentive service in the Bistro provides a relaxed, yet elegant
dining experience, with casual coastal wear to accommodate all.
The Delicate Palaté Bistro serves dinner starting at 5:00 p.m.
and our cozy Martini Bar opens at 4:00 p.m. with selections from
the menu available.
